 rotary vane vacuum pump belongs to one kind of positive displacement pump, rotor drives vane to operate continuously in the pump chamber, and the pump chamber is divided into two different capacity area by the vane and expanding and shrinking cyclically make the air suction, compression and discharge, so the vessel will become vacuum.
This pump’s two working chamber are same series and rotate with same speed and direction, the suction air is exhausted from front pump chamber, after compression, the air is vented or discharged into back pump chamber and after compression, then burst through the vent valve block and exhausted out from pump chamber and through the vent holes and exhausted out of pump, please check the photo:
