wax precision casting

Case Description

Using a hydrogen-oxygen machine to clean the wax assembly has many advantages over current "hot knife/soldering iron" or "hot spatula" systems. It produces much less smoke. The flame melts the wax instead of burning it, creating a better wax chamber environment.

In addition, it is faster, easier and more efficient than "hot knife/soldering iron" or "hot spatula" because it is more accurate and controllable.

Can complete the following tasks:

1- connect small and medium sized parts to create smooth radial joints that facilitate a smooth flow of metal during casting to clean the assembled wax to fill holes, weaken and smooth rough areas.

2- eliminate or smooth mold lines for use with viscous wax to reduce wear.

3- the tapered seal is placed on the runner rod for easy access to the complex part of the runner system without damaging the wax parts with significantly less smoke than a heat knife or spatula - this leads to a cleaner, safer wax chamber environment.

4- depending on the task at hand, different techniques can make the flame bigger or smaller.

5- extended nozzles may enter more complex or subtle areas.
